1. About these terms
These Terms govern your use of CTA Warriors at https://accounting-warriors.lovable.app. CTA Warriors provides educational technology and facilitates connections between students and independent tutors. General enquiries, complaints, cancellation and privacy requests may be sent to the owner at yedwaathabile@gmail.com.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be 18 or older to register. Provide accurate account details, protect your password and use only your own account. Registration requires affirmative acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy, plus a separate personal-information processing consent. Marketing permission is optional and is not a condition of access. Do not impersonate another person, share an account to bypass access controls or misuse someone else's personal information. Contact the owner if your account is compromised.
3. Educational services and important limitations
CTA Warriors is not a university, accredited training provider, tutoring employer, recruitment agency, financial adviser or payment processor. Its study resources, AI explanations, practice questions, reports and forecasts are educational information, not professional advice, official examinations or determinations of competence. AI can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Independently verify calculations, standard references and legal or tax information against authoritative current sources. No particular pass, mark, examination result, interview, employment offer or investment outcome is guaranteed. CTA Warriors is independent and is not affiliated with, approved by, endorsed by or acting on behalf of SAICA, any university or any employer.
4. Membership, trials and payment
The plans are Basic Warrior, Warrior Plus and Warrior Elite. Prices and included features displayed at the time you choose a plan apply to that choice; check the displayed amount before paying. The normal Elite trial lasts seven days. Other initial access periods and paid renewal periods are 30 days from commencement or owner-confirmed renewal. Your account shows the applicable countdown. Access locks when that period ends until the owner confirms the applicable off-platform payment and unblocks it. No payment is charged automatically through this app, and memberships are not represented as automatically renewing. Plan-change requests normally open at the end of the current access period; any statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected. Agreed account exceptions may apply.
Subscription fees owed to CTA Warriors are paid outside the app to the owner using arrangements agreed with the owner. Do not pay an unverified recipient. Send subscription, cancellation or refund requests to yedwaathabile@gmail.com, identifying your account and the relevant payment. Refunds and cancellation will be considered under applicable South African law and the circumstances; these Terms do not impose a blanket no-refund rule. Where applicable, statutory cooling-off, fixed-term cancellation and service-quality remedies under the Consumer Protection Act and Electronic Communications and Transactions Act remain available, including qualifying fixed-term cancellation on 20 business days' notice and only a reasonable lawful penalty.
5. Independent tutoring requests
Tutor profiles facilitate contact with independent users. Sending a request is not a guarantee of tutor acceptance, attendance, availability or service quality. A displayed rate is indicative and set by the tutor; confirm the final rate, scope, date and cancellation arrangements directly with the tutor. A displayed profile status is not a guarantee of qualifications or quality. CTA Warriors does not supervise sessions and is not the employer, agent or partner of a tutor. The student and tutor are responsible for their own tutoring agreement.
CTA Warriors does not process, receive, hold, transmit or guarantee payments between students, tutors or any other third party. Such arrangements occur outside CTA Warriors. This does not mean that CTA Warriors receives no subscription fees of its own. Tutor messages are delivered through BrightPath; do not assume they are end-to-end encrypted. Do not send passwords, identity documents or sensitive financial information in chat.
6. Uploads, intellectual property and academic integrity
Only submit material you have permission to use and share with the platform and its processing providers. Remove unnecessary names, student numbers, contact details and third-party personal information where practical. Do not upload unlawfully obtained exam papers or another student's work without permission, bypass copyright restrictions, use the service for cheating or submit AI-generated work where your institution prohibits it. You retain rights you hold in your own material; you permit only the processing reasonably needed to deliver the features you request. Third-party works, links, logos and embedded content belong to their respective owners; their display does not establish endorsement or affiliation. Report alleged infringement with a description, relevant location and ownership information to the owner.
7. Community, reviews and acceptable use
Be respectful. Do not post threats, harassment, discriminatory abuse, illegal content, misleading reviews, spam, malicious files or another person's private details. Reviews reflect users' opinions, not a platform guarantee. Report harmful or disputed content to the owner, identifying the relevant message, profile or review. Content or access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law or address breaches. You may contact the owner to dispute a restriction. This does not remove your legal data rights or lawful remedies.
8. Careers, external resources and merchandise
Career listings, events, books, videos and other third-party content are for information only. Confirm accuracy, deadlines and eligibility with the original advertiser. Never pay a fee to apply for a job. CTA Warriors does not guarantee a listing, event, interview or job and is not responsible for the operation of an external website. Educational financial content is not a recommendation to invest. Obtain independent professional advice where needed.
Merchandise currently operates as an interest-only catalogue. Expressing interest is not a purchase, order or confirmed sale. No merchandise payment is collected through this app. Any future sale requires clearly disclosed sale, delivery, returns and refund terms before commitment.
9. Availability and liability — please read
Services may experience interruptions or errors. Keep your own copies of important academic material. Subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, CTA Warriors does not promise uninterrupted service or accept responsibility merely because a user's academic, tutoring, career or investment outcome differs from expectations. These limitations do not exclude liability attributable to gross negligence, unlawful conduct or responsibilities that the law places on the platform. No provision waives or restricts a non-excludable consumer or privacy right. Any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by South African law and must be interpreted fairly.
10. Privacy, closing your account and changes
The Privacy Policy describes the handling of personal information. You can request access, correction, objection, qualifying deletion or consent withdrawal through the owner. The profile's Delete Account action removes the account and specified linked platform records; it does not automatically erase other-device copies, recipients' copies or every external-service record. Contact the owner about those copies. Withdrawing optional marketing consent does not close your account; withdrawing processing needed for account operation may prevent continued provision of the affected features.
Material policy changes are published as new versions. Where renewed acceptance is required, you must review the new version before continued account access; you may decline and contact the owner about closing your account. South African law applies, without restricting access to competent courts, regulators or statutory dispute remedies.
